Return and Refund Policy

14-Day No Reason Return

Riverlithium offers 14 days of free returns from delivery date. Accepting no-reason returns is subject to the following conditions:

• Item & accessories undamaged
• Original packaging
• Item must be in resellable condition

Buyer covers shipping for non-defect returns. Shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the order amount.

Personal Reason Returns

If more than 14 days have passed since the shipping time and the buyer requests a return, the buyer must provide a reason for the return and the conditions for a 14-day no-reason return must be met.

Buyer still covers shipping for non-defect returns. Shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the order amount.

Defective Product Returns

The Riverlithium product is indeed a quality issue confirmed by our technical support team, we usually provide the following two solutions: Replacement, or Refund.

Replacement

Note:

• Price Difference = Current price - (Purchase Price - Monthly Depreciation × Months Owned - Return Shipping)
• Monthly Depreciation = Purchase Price / Total Warranty Months
• Warranty of Replacement continues from original purchase date.

Refund

Note:

• Monthly Depreciation = Purchase Price / Warranty Months
• Processing Fee = One-Way Shipping
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method. If you do not receive a refund within 10 working days, please contact us.

Wrong Product Model/Address Returns

Return Condition

Accepting Returns is subject to the following conditions:

• Item & accessories undamaged
• Original packaging
• Item must be in resellable condition

Return Process

Once Riverlithium confirms the status of the product and agrees to the buyer's return request, the following steps will be taken:

• Apply for a return label for your order
• You need to attach the return label to the package to be returned
• Send the package to be returned to the courier station for delivery

Note: Normally Riverlithium does not accept buyers sending products back to the warehouse without communication.

Refund Process

Riverlithium offers a convenient refund process. The refund method is the same as the original payment method. For example, if the buyer paid by PayPal, the refund will also be returned via PayPal. But the refund time varies depending on the situation:

• Order Cancellation: Once confirmed, refund actions will be taken immediately.
• 14-Day No Reason Return & Personal Reason Returns: Once the package to be returned is returned to the warehouse and the Riverlithium warehouse staff confirms that the product meets the above return conditions, a refund will be arranged.
• Defective Product Returns: Same as above 14-Day No Reason Return & Personal Reason Returns

Note:

• If the buyer's order is refunded due to 14-Day No Reason Return, Personal Reason Returns or Defective Product Returns, the round-trip shipping fee and price difference will be deducted from the original order amount.
• Normally you will receive your money back within 1-2 business days after the refund process, but if it takes longer than 10 business days, please contact us.
